How to build a brewery in 5 minutes

Back in 2012 we were able to buy and install a 20 barrel brewery to replace out start up kit… Although we loved it to bits, we had long outgrown the 5 barrel brewery that we had bought second hand from Castle Rock Brewery. Although we housed the new brewery in the same building (where it still is), we ripped the place apart to make it more suitable for brewing.

We recorded all the work that took place in the brewhouse on timelapse, and made a little video of it which you can see here.
