Come and help us celebrate the Hop Harvest and to say goodbye to the summer in this Taproom Extravaganza!
I know we are called Grain, and grain is the soul of every great beer, but hops play a huge role in brewing too. With the hop harvest taking place in early September, this is the perfect opportunity to visit the Taproom and have a few beers with friends, and be the first to try FHB, our Fresh Hopped Beer. This beer will be fresh out of the tank, and brewed using the green hops from this year’s harvest. I can’t tell you what it will taste like, as these hops haven’t even been picked yet, so we can share the experience together.
We will have street food including hot dogs and veggie burgers from The Flying Chef.
To accompany our Fresh Hop Beers will be the return of The Sugar Beatniks in the afternoon, entertaining us with their mix of Americana folk, and then we have a special acoustic set into the evening by Grain Fest favourites The Butcher’s Dog (The Butcher’s Puppy?).
