We will again be turning the brewery into a festival site for one day of the year.
On Saturday 24 June, from 2pm until 10pm, we will be hosting Grain Fest 2017, with live music playing throughout the day, a whole barnful of Grain beers on cask and keg, as well as some guest beers for good measure. For street food, there will be a BBQ by Alburgh Lamb, using lambs fed on our spent grains, alongside a welcome return to the on-site pizza wagon. We’ll also have ice cream from Waveney Ices from just around the corner.
Here’s a line up of the live music:
– Finn Doherty (modern folk)
– Hogie (Americana)
– Mopintosh (a bit Pink Floydy)
– The Speckled Band (Latin Jazz)
– Tap the Barrel (folk)
There’s plenty of seating and room both inside and outside for whatever the weather, and children and dogs are welcome, so long as you keep a very close eye on them.
We have parking in the farm yard, but please do all you can to car share, walk, run or cycle, as the car park can get full pretty quickly.
But if you can’t wait until then, you can find us hosting the Big Grain Bar at Geldeston Locks on 27 & 28 May for another festival of fun.
