We use 9 gallon stainless casks, including eCasks for wholesalers and distributors. To serve the beer in its optimum condition:
Day 1: Put in place and spile (hard wooden spile).
Day 2: Tap the beer.
Day 3: Check clarity and condition, and serve. Use a soft spile during serving, and a hard spile overnight. Drink within 7 days of initial serving.
We use stainless Sankey S-Type 30 Litre kegs, including eKegs for wholesalers and distributors.
Ask us about one-way Key Kegs for volume orders.
Grain keg beer is carbonated, usually filtered (using a rough filter), but never pasteurised.
