Shipping

For orders purchased through the online shop, shipping is to the mainland UK only. We will make every effort to deliver your beer by standard courier within 5 working days but cannot guarantee a delivery time.

Destinations outside of the mainland UK can be arranged at an agreed price. To discuss orders outside of the mainland UK, please phone us on 01986 788884.

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclude delivery costs.

Confirmation of order

You will be sent two emails to the email address you have given us, to confirm that payment has been received, and to confirm the products you have ordered.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible on 01986 788884 or on info@grainbrewery.co.uk. Cancellations can only be made before the products have been shipped.

Refund policy

Should your order be damaged on receipt, then we will provide a full refund or replace your order. Should you not be entirely satisfied with your order, then please contact us on 01986 788884.

Privacy Policy

We will use your details for the purpose of fulfilling your order only, and will not store any details once the order has been completed unless you ask us to do so.

Grain Brewery uses RomanCart as its shopping cart provider, and does not hold any personal information.

Grain Brewery uses WorldPay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) as its payment processor, and does not hold any personal information, including bank or card details.

We will only hold personal information about you if you if you have agreed to let us do so checking the 'Friends of Grain' option, or by completing the 'Friends of Grain' form. This information will be limited to name, email address and phone number. Your details will be stored in a secure environment, and will not be shared with any third party. Should you wish to be removed from our database, then email info@grainbrewery.co.uk and ask to be removed.
