	Oak 3.8% abv This well balanced session beer uses Maris Otter Pale Ale malt which gives the beer a light amber colour, malty character, and a dry finish. The hops we use are Kentish Fuggles and Goldings, giving the beer a delicate floral aroma, smooth sweetness, and a resinous spicy note.

	Tamarind IPA 5.5% abv A classic India Pale Ale with a clean and crisp malt character, and flavoured with Brewer's Gold hops for a strong bitter taste, but a spicy resinous finish with a hint of citrus lemon.

	Chestnut 3.5% abv (seasonal brew) A dark chestnut coloured beer, with complex malt flavours, light bitterness and subtle hop aromas.

	Blackwood Stout 5.0% abv A traditional black stout made with Maris Otter and roasted malts. Smooth and smokey with burnt toast dryness and a hint of coffee.

	Porter 5.2% abv An old-style porter. Smooth and creamy, spiked with port to give the flavour of dark berries.

	Blonde Ash Wheat Beer 4.0% abv (seasonal brew) A light and easy-drinking summer ale, with fresh grassy aromas and a wheat finish.
